A Seat at the Table - Empowering Women in the Workplace

Join us for a morning of empowerment. Hear from Sejal Davé Sharma, Director, Business Development of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset and learn about essential skills and strategies that empower women in the workplace. This learning opportunity will cover concepts of emotional intelligence, presence, public speaking, strategy and how to build a business case. This presentation is designed to keep employees from all disciplines in mind to assist them in feeling empowered to work to their full potential in the workplace. By the end of the presentation, we hope all participants will gain a toolbox of essential tips to navigate the complex relationships within a workplace environment.
